Dr. Thames is a Physician with Grand Rounds, Inc. He holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Trinity University. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Family Physicians. He speaks nationally on topics ranging from kidney and cardiovascular disease, to medical and clinical ethics, to health care economics and policy. Dr. Thames has over 25 years of experience in clinical medicine, undergraduate and graduate medical education, and the practice of health care administration.
